Don’t Judge A Rollercoaster by Its Cover(DRAFT2)
My family and I were exploring the concrete jungles that is Vegas when we see this tiny little rollercoaster at a casino/hotel. “Let’s try this ride, it will be fun,” said my dad as he gazed upon the rollercoaster, the light bulb of Vegas making it shine. “Yeah!” Screamed my younger sister at the top of her lungs. The noise was ear shattering, especially if you were right next to her, I would rather have someone scratch a chalkboard next to my ear than listen to hear my sister scream that loud. We then payed for the over priced tickets and got into the line. “This ride is teeny weenie,” I whispered into my little brother, he laughed hard. We finally got passed the gigantic ride and hopped on into the rollercoaster’s not so comfy seats. “This ride is going to be soooo weak!” I thought to myself as I smirked.
“Hey!” I called to me sister, “This ride is going-” I said before being jerked backwards as the ride shot forward like a space shuttle launching full speed. “Uhhhh,” I managed to say before the ride shot underground and my sister’s high pitched screaming filled the pitch black tunnel. We quickly shot up from the tunnels like a bullet from a gun, my sister’s screams becoming louder with each passing second. The ride gunned up a ramp so tall that made you feel like you were going full speed up the Eifel Tower. “Ugggghhh,” I managed to blurt again, thoughts filled with complete joy as I thought the ride was finally over.
As I finally broke into a smile, the ride sped down the ramp! My sister’s scream became twice as loud now and could easily be heard from across the world. We went back into the pitch black tunnels which made my sister’s screaming louder and finally out, the ride finally came to a stop. The ride was over.
I got out, half of me completely relieved that that crazy ride was over and the other half yearning for one more go at that daredevil ride. “How did you like that ride?” My dad said cheerfully, unshaken by the ride craziness. “Ugggghhhh,” I said dizzy, my body was full of adrenaline, but my brain was throbbing hard. As we left the casino/hotel I thought to myself cleverly, “Never judge a rollercoaster by its cover.”

hey Jaspal I liked your story. It was filled with great adjectives like how you described the feeling of going downward on the roller coaster.
